Online Pokies NZ is a guide to pokies, games and practical player information for adults in New Zealand. We explain the details behind the headlines: how games work, what payment terms mean and which conditions deserve a closer look.
We are an information publisher. We do not run gambling games, accept deposits or look after player accounts. Our role is to help readers understand the information in front of them, including its limits.
Who is behind the website?
The website publishes under the business name onlinepokiesnz.co.nz. Glenn Mcfarland is our named editor and the contact for editorial questions, corrections and website business enquiries.

What you will find here
Our game guides explain rules, features and terminology. The payment guides look at deposits, withdrawals and account currencies, while our mobile guide covers playing through phones and tablets.
We also explain promotional conditions and the checks involved in comparing services. A headline amount alone rarely tells the whole story. The deposit required, eligible games, expiry and withdrawal conditions can all change how an offer works.
How we approach the information
We prioritise original game rules, operator terms and official regulator information. Where a fact can change, its source and the date of the check matter. A feature described by an operator is different from one we have personally tested.
We do not invent playing experiences, withdrawal tests, professional qualifications or reader reviews. An update date does not mean every external condition was checked again that day. Our Editorial Policy explains our approach to sources, examples and corrections.
A listing is not an official approval or a promise about profit, payment speed or availability. Read the current terms of the service itself before relying on a detail from any guide.
How the website is funded
Some outbound links are affiliate links. We may earn commission when a reader follows one and completes a qualifying action. These relationships can influence which services appear and their placement. Our coverage is a selection, rather than a complete register of the market.
Read our Affiliate Disclosure for the commercial context. Our Terms and Conditions explain the use and limitations of the website.
Questions and corrections
If something needs checking, send the page URL and the exact wording to Glenn. A link to a current public source helps us understand the issue. Please remove personal information from screenshots and leave out passwords, identity documents and financial statements.
Our Contact page explains which enquiries we can handle. The Privacy Policy describes how we handle information sent to the website. For a personal account or payment dispute, contact the operator through its verified support channel.
This guide is for adults aged 18 and over. Gambling involves a risk of losing money, and choosing not to play is always an option. Our Responsible Gambling page brings together support information; the editorial mailbox is not a counselling service.
