Report an error or unclear explanation
Include the page URL, identify the sentence or figure concerned and explain what should be checked. A link to current official guidance, an original rule sheet or the relevant public product information is useful. For a calculation, include the inputs and assumptions rather than only a final number.
Where a claim concerns a particular version, country, payment route or date, include that context. A statement about a similarly named product in another market may not describe the same service. Our Editorial Policy explains the approach to corrections.
Privacy enquiries
Use the same email address to ask about personal information you have supplied to this website, request access or request correction. Describe the correspondence involved so it can be identified. We may need proportionate information to confirm that a request comes from the appropriate person.
Do not send an identity document with an initial privacy enquiry. The Privacy Policy explains information handling and the relevant external complaint route if a concern remains unresolved.
Casino accounts and payments
This website cannot access a casino account, approve verification, reverse a wager, release funds or accelerate a withdrawal. Contact the actual operator through independently verified support details, using the existing request or round reference.
Do not email us passwords, one-time codes, complete card numbers, security codes, bank statements or casino verification files. Remove private details from any screenshot used to explain an editorial issue. We do not need those documents to review a public claim on this guide.
Commercial enquiries
Identify the business and the proposed website matter clearly. A commercial enquiry does not establish a promise of coverage, a favourable review or publication. See the Affiliate Disclosure for how referral relationships can affect this website.
Gambling support
Our editorial email is not an urgent support or counselling service. The Responsible Gambling page provides official New Zealand support contacts. You can seek help without opening a casino account or continuing to gamble.
